Fidelity Solutions Joins EchoStar's ViP-TV Reseller Program to Deliver IPTV Solutions

St. Louis, Mo. – April 13, 2010 – EchoStar Satellite Services L.L.C., a subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation (NASDAQ: SATS), announced today that Fidelity Solutions, Inc., a provider of integrated video and data services in central Missouri, has joined the ViP-TV™ Reseller Program. Fidelity will offer the ViP-TV transport solution to customers seeking a competitive IPTV solution for popular video and audio channels, including high definition. The companies made the announcement today at the IP Possibilities Conference and Expo in St. Louis.

Fidelity Solutions is a subsidiary of Fidelity Communications Company headquartered in Sullivan, Mo.
